Context :

Following proposal 7 of Governor Mills Era, @naoufel has been defining and leading the Analytics Working Group Activities through a 90 days experimental period.

The AWG has been delivering data and insights to DAO core team members and holders, first through the expansion of the Dune dashboards to topic related and specialized Dashboards. The Risk and Policy WG - as well as our users - have been able to continuously monitor the financial impact of our policy and state of the protocol with the help of those tools.

The AWG sees as part of its duties to give autonomy to its users by providing them with a flexible infrastructure and tailor made tools. Through the development, testing and deployment of two subgraphs indexing governance and Frontier protocol data , the AWG is providing the DAO and its end-users a multi-level access to on-chain information (from the Graph at Web3 level to Charts and Tables freely exportable on the website UI at user level).

Moreover the AWG has taken the lead in the development of an alerting system monitoring on-chain activity that could have an impact on the safety of the protocol and delivered under short-time constraint to ensure a careful monitoring of Frontier relaunch on the 3rd of June.

Summary :

This proposal aims to replenish the allowances of the AWG to ensure its duties and refunding Naoufel for the infrastructure and testing costs incurred as well as validate the mandate of the AWG for an additionnal period of 6 months. All invoices can be requested for consultation and are available on Google Drive for core team members.

• 2,400 DOLAs for Google Cloud virtual machines : provision of 400$/month for 6 months. (This amount could be revised upward if we do switch to a more powerful VM in the future). This would allow to run our own archive node and provide the protocol with a dedicated in house connection to the Ethereum network (provisional amount)

• 2,340 DOLAs for monthly Dune premium account for 6 additional months (of which 2 months already charged to naoufel)

• 96 DOLAs for an interim solution based on Tenderly previously to the alerts system and used during a month (already charged to naoufel)

• 23 DOLAs microsoft azure servers for testing the alerts (already charged)

• 5,000 DOLAs to reward contributors to the Analytics Working Group tasks : this is a 50% decreased compared to the last proposal considering the 180 days windows of this one,

Note : 2,028 DOLAs are left from the previous reward allowance and will be used to cover for eventual consulting expenses

Multisig :

Being dedicated for technical tasks and consultant settlements, the AWG multisig was so far operated by Naoufel. @cryptoharry and @Karm have been added to the multisig to ensure a distributed management of this latter.
